In may the Giro D’Italia will start in Amsterdam and as you might or might not know we’re doing a project with Mediamatic called Sur Place. One of the things I’m trying to get together is a collection of portraits of people that have crashed with their bike and walked away to tell the story (and have their picture taken).

So, if you’re one of the diehards that has crashed hard and has the scars to prove it… send me a (preferably high res) picture with your name, age and hometown and you’ll be part of a photo exhibition here in Amsterdam!
