The Deal
In the webstore we only sell products which we have in stock. If we run out of stock it's mentioned in the product details. But you are welcome to contact us to place a backorder and we'll get in touch as soon as it's in.
Requests
If you have any special request for products you can't find in our webshop then give us a call or email us and we'll check if we can order it for you. If our suppliers have it in stock we will usually be able to deliver the products within a week.
Payment
We accept iDeal and Paypal (Credit Card) payments. There is a 'pick up at the shop' option in our shop as well. If you made your payment we'll hold on to your order in the shop until you drop pick them up.
Shipment
We ship by UPS and TNT. Most products will be shipped by UPS. But we use TNT for small products which fit in an envelope to keep down the shipping cost. The shipping will be calculated during checkout and is based on the shipping rate and handling fee. If you order before 4pm, we’ll ship it out the same day! How’s that for customer service!
